Martin-san works as a stonemason in Germany.
He finished three-year training in 2000.
Since then, he has been working in different places to aquire many experiences.
I made an interview for him.
1. Why did you want to became a stonemason?
Because the work is very creative, historical and artistic.
2. Which countries have you ever worked?
I have worked in UK, Switzerland, and Romania.
3. Please tell us your clothes.
This is very traditinal one for stonemasons.
We should wear this kind of clothes when we work or travel.
This has very old history.(600 years!)
4. Why do you start studying Japanese?
At first, I began to have an interest for Japanese through the anime and the movies.
And I decided to learn it to get the knowlegde about Japanese stone craft.
5. How do you feel about "Asahinihongo"?
It's good for me. To learn Japanese is difficult. But this school gives me a good help to study.
6. Which places do you want to visit in Fukuoka?
I would like to go to Dazaifu because it is very historical place!
