Today's interviewee is Toke-san from Odense in Denmark.
Odense is famous for Andersen of children's books author.
-Why do you study Japanese?
●I like watching animation, such as 'Naruto' 'One Piece' and etc. through internet. I want to be able to listen in Japanese without subtitle.
-Do you communicate with your home stay family?
●Yes, we talk about daily stuff and sometimes I watch Japanese TV with them.
-What do you like to do during staying in Fukuoka?
●I go out with my girl friend or friends. Last weekend I went to the cosplay event called 'Comic City Fukuoka' at Fukuoka Dome with my friends. Many people play dressed-up like Manga or animation
character. It was fun.
-Will you let us know your recommended place or shops?
●I like 'Ramen Stadium' at Canal City and a ramen restaurant in Ohashi, where you can eat 'Yaki ramen' (ramen without soup).
-What do you dislike during staying in Fukuoka?
●Well....What do you call fermented beans...'Natto'! I don't like Natto!
Thank you Toke-san for the interview. Most of all students dislike 'Natto'. When you like 'Natto', you
can grasp quintessence of Japanese food...maybe...!
