This year, Asahi Nihongo is proud to sponsor and participate in Noko no shima Sun Splash 2010. This all-day Music Festival and Beach Party on beautiful Noko Island in Fukuoka Bay is the unofficial start of the summer season in Fukuoka. This year's theme, Homegrown Joy, sets the stage for local talent and special guests to perform a wide selection of music and dance, including African percussion and dance, Hawaiian hula, sounds of Brazil, reggae, and hip hop. In addition, some of Fukuoka's favorite shops will be setting up on the beach offering good food, drinks and accessories.
