Kiyomizu temple is a part of the historic monument of the ancient Kyoto. I didn't know the right direction so I asked a man like "Sumimasen, Kiyomizu OTEARAI wa doko desu ka?" He looked confused and showed me the way to the next toilet in the temple area. "Hai, otearai desu", he answered. Oh no, I confused the words otearai (toilet) with otera ( temple). How embarrassing^o^!!!!!!!
