You may have only seen pictures of waterfall training and wonder what it feels like.We luckily found a waterfall in Sasaguri to enjoy this unique experience. Besides the spiritual peace and the extremely cold water taking your breath away, you will learn what makes up a great water fall workout. So everybody is invited to experience this rare form of training.
